If you wish to return an item to USArtisticLeather.com, please follow the instructions below within 15 days of delivery.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All ordered and complimentary items must be returned in good condition along with the packing slip. In case of shoe returns, the item should be unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact the customer support.

Cancellation of the orders:
The request for cancellation of your order should be made within 12 hours and if the cancellation will be made within 24 hours so we will refund the whole amount in buyer’s respective account, But make sure your sales tax can’t refund its fixed price (6$)
if a customer still wishes to cancel the order so the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation of the Order after 12 hours will result in a direct deduction of 20% from your paid amount.
Cancellation of the order within 3 days before shipping will result in a direct deduction of 40% from the paid amount.
No cancellation will be entertained after 3 days of confirmation.
Custom Duties:
We ship the jacket free of cost and declare as a gift to our valued customer so that they cannot pay any taxes, but still, every country has its own customs policies so these will be bear by the buyer
