Shipping Policy

At US Artistic Leather, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST, GMT-08:00 Los Angeles) will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Handling Time

  • Minimum Handling Time: 3 business days
  • Maximum Handling Time: 5 business days
  • Handling time refers to preparing, packing, and dispatching your order after it has been placed.

Transit Time

  • All Destinations: 7 – 10 business days
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
  • Transit time may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the customer’s location.

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • All Destinations: 10 – 15 business days

Example: If your order is processed in 3 days and takes 7 days in transit, you will receive it within 10 business days. If it takes 5 days handling and 10 days transit, then delivery will be around 15 business days.

  • Local Courier Services (depending on region)

Your order will be shipped through one of these carriers based on availability, delivery speed, and destination.

  • No additional shipping fees apply regardless of order size or destination.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s official website (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.).

Important Notes

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery estimates are guidelines and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes, or carrier delays.
  • In rare cases of customs inspections or international shipping restrictions, delivery times may extend slightly.
