Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST, GMT-08:00 Los Angeles) will begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Handling Time
- Minimum Handling Time: 3 business days
- Maximum Handling Time: 5 business days
- Handling time refers to preparing, packing, and dispatching your order after it has been placed.
Transit Time
- All Destinations: 7 – 10 business days
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
- Transit time may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the customer’s location.
Total Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time
- All Destinations: 10 – 15 business days
Example: If your order is processed in 3 days and takes 7 days in transit, you will receive it within 10 business days. If it takes 5 days handling and 10 days transit, then delivery will be around 15 business days.
